With the continuous development of industrial technology, users have higher and higher requirements on the purity of steel, such as the oxygen content of shaft steel and deep drawing steel ≤ 10ppm, and the inclusion size of radial tire steel ≤ 10ppm µ Many steel grades require low content of oxygen, sulfur and inclusions. In order to meet the requirements of customers, slag metallurgy technology is needed. Therefore, our factory cooperates with relevant colleges to develop * synthetic calcium aluminate refining slag.

The properties of premelted refining synthetic slag are as follows:

1. The main materials of the product are calcite and bauxite, and the production process is gas open hearth melting. Cao and A12O3 in the slag are in the form of composite calcium aluminate;
2. The product simplifies the slagging process, no flame, no dust, * non-toxic, environmental protection;
3. The selected products are massive and granular with uniform composition, fast melting rate and good flow spreading;
4. It can reduce dust pollution, shorten smelting time, improve production efficiency, reduce oxygen increasing during smelting and reduce power consumption during refining;
5. High alkalinity, high sulfur capacity, remarkable desulfurization effect, desulfurization rate of more than 85%;
6. It can adsorb Al and Si oxides in steel, reduce non-metallic inclusions in steel and improve steel quality;
7. Less or no fluorite can be added to reduce the consumption of refractory and increase the ladle life;
8. The curve function of product service stability with time is almost in a straight line, which avoids many maladjustment phenomena caused by wavy and serrated curve functions of medium and low-grade products to metallurgical production;
9. The synthetic slag has strong reducibility, and it has strong deoxidation ability. With the coordination of (FE Si Mn), it can effectively remove oxygen from steel, and it can absorb solid deoxidation products and float together;
10. No water absorption, no pulverization, no deterioration, easy to store and transport.
