Brief introduction of calcium ferrite products:
Calcium ferrite, also known as premelted slagging agent, provides slagging conditions for steelmaking and smelting process. Due to the improvement of slagging conditions, the utilization efficiency of lime is improved, which can save lime consumption. The formation characteristics of calcium ferrite in iron ore is a factor to be considered in sintering ore blending, which has an important guiding role in optimizing ore blending. The formation characteristics of calcium ferrite in iron ore is a factor to be considered in sintering ore blending, which has an important guiding role in optimizing ore blending. Therefore, the formation characteristics of calcium ferrite from 10 kinds of iron ores were studied by means of micro sintering test, mineral composition and microstructure analysis, and the main factors influencing the formation of calcium ferrite were found out. That is, under the condition of basicity of 2.0 and other conditions being the same, limonite, hematite with loose structure and high content of A12O3 and SiO2 are beneficial to the formation of SFCA.
Characteristics of calcium ferrite:
1、 Calcium ferrite can accelerate the dissolution of lime, so there is no need to use fluorite as a melting aid. Through the dephosphorization test of carbon saturated Fe-C-P alloy by calcium ferrite slag system at 1350 ℃ in N2 atmosphere, it is found that compared with oxide dephosphorization agent, calcium ferrite dephosphorization agent has less oxygen consumption in non dephosphorization way, and has good dephosphorization kinetics conditions, realizing fluorine-free steelmaking and reducing lining erosion, Environmental pollution will be reduced.
2、 Calcium ferrite is mainly made of high calcium composite materials with uniform composition and stable quality. Because of good slag melting, stable smelting and less molten steel splashing, the steel yield can be increased by about 1%.
3、 Calcium ferrite can effectively improve the converter smelting process, rapidly reduce the slag and dephosphorization rate, so as to shorten the smelting time.
